I ordered a trio set for a gift It came with a free gift They sent the free gift and not the trio set I contacted them 3x through email I only received auto response that they received the email I had to go out and purchase another Christmas gift

I cannot get HENRY ROSE to respond to
I cannot get HENRY ROSE to respond to me I bought their perfume online after reading the great reviews and their refund policy I am not able to get to stores that carry their complete line of fragrances which is why I made sure the scent could be returned I have written regular emails with absolutely no response Not even an acknowledgement that they received my emails But I get daily adverts from them I would say stay away

Henry Rose customer support reflects badly on company
I bought HR perfume online The return policy for the company states that you contact them must be returned within 30 days they will initiate return Unfortunately despite multiple emails there hasn t been any response not even to acknowledge the email I sent I would never recommend a company with such terrible customer service support Regardless of the perfume being good or free of chemicals their customer service is toxic Unless you can purchase in a brick and mortar store I would steer clear - although I think their policy reflects badly on them and personally that would make me steer clear of supporting them on any level Seems scammy

Ghosted
The customer service department is completely non-existent After sending numerous emails to their email address I finally received a response detailing their return process for the perfume I purchased However the return address provided by Zillow appears to be a personal residence Consequently I haven t heard any updates on the status of my refund which means I ve likely lost both the money and the perfume

Looks like I m having the same problem
Looks like I m having the same problem I ve written four emails and have never had a response because I ordered a candle with and didn t receive it Henry Rose stole 45 from me Nobody will return my email It s a shame because I really liked the product and would have been a lifelong customer no more and I will no longer recommend them

I have never had a company take my money and then just never deliver the product I ordered in early December and it never arrived They marked it as delivered though Numerous attempts to contact them no answer How is this legal My bank is in the process of getting a refund but it just blows my mind because I ve never been scammed like this If you re dead set on buying from them maybe get it in person otherwise you might end up receiving literally nothing Lol
