I ordered 3 gift on January 1 2 2021

I ordered 3 gift on January 1 2 2021 for mother s Day lol I still waiting for it now it s 23 03 2021 I don t know how long I have to wait I spent 733 for those gifts for my mom and my wife all times shows me that on its way Please what can I do at the moment keep waiting and how can I get my money back

It is not just BAD it is appalling I bought a book in Germany it was sent rather quickly For almost 2 months my parcel was wandering the globe without any trace Today I learned that they are returning it to sender Hermes If you cannot deliver parcels do something else sell cleaning services for example Never ever Hermes

This is the worst courier company they say they tried to deliver my parcel 3 times saw 2 photos they took 1 was supposedly on the 3rd day of delivery but I had moved things on my windowsill the day before so they could not have taken it that day they lied do not order from a company that ues them they were aware to leave with my neighbour or my safe place they didn t even try company are re sending parcel with another company

Terrible service have now been told for a second time that my delivery has been attempted but unsuccessful as not in or safe place to leave What a load of lies no one has attempted anything and how this company continues to function like this is beyond me Will be taking this further as obviously false information being gathered

Driver took pictures with my place saying I m not home DIDN T EVEN KNOCK THE DOOR I was at the window see him my parcel went back to sender 2 parcel today had a time frame 12-14 didn t came then appeared 15 30 get down car without nothing in hand look around wasn t bother at all then he left then i recive an email saying we couldn t deliver flipping hermes hungry drivers should get another job they get paid to deliver

Hermes has lost my parcel and in response their customer service team hangs up on me The parcel has been in a limbo for two months and I have no way to retrieve it I rate Hermes among the worst shipping services

This company is a joke complacent rude and have no customer care I sent a parcel with this company and it got damaged I complained and was told that any damage was not their responsibility but the company I bought the postage label off WHAT I told them that you Hermes delivered the parcel and without a doubt damaged it beyond repair it was a tablet and I was told it was the label companies fault The person I spoke to was Pratonising rude and laughing all through our conversation I was 33 out of pocket because of this company and I will never use any company that uses Hermes as a courier ever again if I had may way I would give minus 1star Disgusted

Extreme waiting time

One thig is that a brachelet is broken and needs a repair another thing is that I had to wait for more than one hour in the shop to get service - just to pick up the brachelet WOW The excuse the staff is at lunch I hate to say this is totally unacceptable By the way after one hour I was offered a glass of water These facts speak for themselves
