They ve locked me out of account contacted their owner Salesforce so they can stop charging my card They can t find an account for me but also can t help with the continuous credit card charge They told me to email billing at heroku com since its a legacy charge and there s no response from that email Salesforce says Sorry we can t help you What Having to go through my credit card to cancel

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam I looked into using their interface for a website but couldn t get it to work To create an account you need to give them your card details Despite the fact that I did not use their service they charged me 30 a month and locked me out of my account I spent three months trying to get into my account sending countless emails to support and often being ignored all the while being charged every month It s the worst customer service I ve ever interacted with I could not advise you strongly enough to avoid this company
