We found Heron by chance after a social media post by a mutual friend I got in touch and they promptly replied and arranged to come out and survey our house to ascertain what would be best for our needs Both Dave and Ben came out did their thing and then sat and explained what we would need At this point it s important to note that they are not salesmen they are skilled tradesmen who will make recommendations on experience rather than trying to get you to buy what makes them the most money They are likeable lads who made the process simple as they were always available to talk to and answer questions After a few weeks we got to where we needed to be and went ahead and agreed with the install Just before they were due to do the work I had a call where they said their supplier had changed and as such they could fit a few more panels and a bigger battery for no extra cost They could have just carried on with what was originally agreed and no one would have known any different and they d have had a bigger margin but fortunately integrity shone through and we benefited On the day they turned up with all the kit and just got on with it There was no fuss or hassle even though they needed to spend a few hours in our loft on the hottest day of the year and within the day everything was done and working as promised A few weeks later our certification arrived and we can now feed back into the grid From start to finish they displayed work of the highest quality and as such I would recommend them to anyone

What an unexpected and great experience
What an unexpected and great experience from start to finish Ben and Dave knew what they were talking about and their team came and fitted everything in one day We had 18 panels fitted with three 3 2 kwh batteries It s all working fine and I cannot praise Heron Electrical highly enough Keep up the good work

From the initial meeting when I was really impressed with how clearly my questions were answered to the installation which took just one day I was really pleased I had ten panels and a battery fitted

I can t speak too highly of this firm
I can t speak too highly of this firm From the first contact to final installation they were extremely professional in everything they did Keeping us informed along the way From David and Ben who run the company to the electrician and roofer responsible on the day for the installation they were brilliant Even after installation when we raised queries about how it all worked with app nothing was too much trouble to explain everything Definitely recommend them to anyone considering having solar panels fitted

Excellent service from start to finish They turned up when they said they would carried out the work as agreed and left everything clean and tidy The team were all polite and friendly The communications before during and after were quick and efficient I would highly recommend Heron Electricals for their solar panel work

These guys are the bees knees From first speaking to them through to final commissioning they were knowledgeable friendly and polite Explaining the details was never too much trouble Arrived exactly as agreed braved nasty weather and just got on with it An ideal contractor in every way

This is a really good company
This is a really good company From Start to finish they were professional and organised and did exactly what they said they were going to do exactly when the said they were going to do it All the people that I came into contact with office staff solar panel installers scaffolders and electrician were really friendly and informative I would highly recommend them

Recommended by my neighbour prompt attention and install carried out in less than a day Clean and tidy install team who discussed location prior to install Problem battery no fault of Heron promptly investigated and then changed by Heron and system now working well Would recommend them if your considering having a Solar system installed
