Cannot recommend Hertility enough They were professional and compassionate and I got answers much more quickly than if I had gone through NHS Customer service was quick to respond both times I needed to message them with questions I especially appreciate that they give you clear options for follow up consultations but it doesn t feel like they re constantly pressuring you for an upsale I ve recommended Hertility to my friends and family who are interested in understanding more about their hormones

After years of back and forth at my GP to be told everything was normal when I knew something was off with my hormones 1 simple test with Hertility finally gave me a full look at my hormones It identified what was off balance It s clear I m likely to have PCOS Im waiting on tests to confirm this and now feel like I can finally start to treat the root cause and hopefully start to function properly

It was brilliant the test was easy my results came back extremely quickly and all my worries were put to rest Ellie was extremely professional and sweet which really helps when you re a worrier Her advice was great and she answered all my questions really well Would recommend everyone do the test and learn about their body it s better to prepare for the future and put any worries to rest or if there is something wrong it s important to know so you know your next steps Wish this was around when I was younger I think everyone should do it years before they even want children it s important to know your body and it helps when you re talking to women who understand women s bodies

I finally got answers

I ve suffered from endometriosis for a while and wanted to get more clarity about my hormones Also because I want to get pregnant soon So recently I took a hormone test with Hertility and I couldn t be more impressed with the entire experience From start to finish everything was smooth soo informative and perfectly suited to my needs The test kit arrived quickly and the instructions were super easy to follow Even thee taking my own blood was easier than I thought I was really impressed with how thorough and clear the results were I gained so much valuable insight into my hormone health What truly blew me away was finding out how many egg cells I still have something I had never known before Their customer support team was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable answering all my questions and making me feel very supported

The customer service is amazing My period decided not to show when it was suppose to so I couldn t do the blood draw so contacted hertility for advise and they were so helpful Then I tried to do the blood draw and couldn t get the blood out and again they were amazing sent a new kit out and a complimentary video call to help me do it next time Had such a good experience so far and that s without the actual blood test being done yet
