This website is a scam AVOID I was extremely disappointed with my purchase from Hevera Shop The dresses I received were of far lower quality than advertised with materials completely different from what was depicted on their website To make matters worse despite Hevera claiming 5-star reviews on their own website I couldn t find a verified Trustpilot profile for them and had to create this review page because their self-reported ratings appear highly misleading It was also incredibly difficult to find genuine reviews of this company However when searching Hevera on the Shopify app I found numerous reviews from other customers all expressing the same dissatisfaction with product quality and misleading advertising as I experienced When I attempted to return the dresses I was informed I would need to pay a high return shipping fee to China even though this was not disclosed in their return policy Customer service responses were slow inconsistent and unprofessional I even received a message from someone claiming to be James the CEO of Hevera using a gmail account Kianhtz4 which only raised further concerns about the legitimacy of the business For anyone trying to reach out communication was severely lacking and it felt like an intentional effort to deter meaningful customer resolution I strongly advise potential customers to not use this website

MASSIVELY AVOID WITH ALL COSTS Beening looking at these dresses for a while on Facebook as they keep popping up on my reels I ve fancied an oversized dress like this for ages and I liked the idea of it having pockets- so decided to go online and have a look at the stock I was looking at the size guide and from 1 measurement I was a large and another for my hips it said I needed a 2xl never been a 2xl in my life so I emailed the helpline on the website to check if this was correct No sooner had I sent the email I received one back within and hour or so saying size up to 2xl as even though the dress stated to be oversized it ran small I made sure to mention that i was only a uk 14 and the response was the same from there So I trusted the process and thought that this is the case When it arrived omg you could see it was huge - more like a UK 20 so tried it nothing sat in the right places I m 5ft3 and it was way past my knees bust was nearly at my waist and the arms were no joke nearly at my wrists So I decided to email them straight away saying that I had been given wring information about the dress and if only I went with the 1st initial sizing this could be fixed I liked the dress itself even though it didnt look as like the quality as you would be expecting for this dress it was a little cheap looking but I liked the style so figured I could get it swapped It took 4 emails to them to try to contact this website which in the meantime the website had totally shut down says no stock available we will let you know when new stock has arrived which then I received that they were happy to swap it but it would infact cost 14 to return back to where it came from I stated that I was really not happy with this service and how I had basically been blamed from ordering the size dress and not taking any responsibility for telling me the dress which stated to be oversized was infact not I m am absolutely fuming with this and had previously sent a couple of emails which had infact stated hight body type and sizing before putting my faith into this website WITH ALL COSTS STAY CLEAR AS THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND

This is a scam website photos are stolen from other peoples designs Even the fabric is different to what they say it is Avoid at all costs

I have had the exact same experience as the lady below They sent me the complete wrong order and the dresses that have arrived are of much lower quality than advertised Their website has now been changed to opening soon and there is no response from their customer service team I now have 2 dresses that I have no use for and am 45 down Don t get roped into their sponsored ads that show gorgeous dresses on satisfied customers cause it s all a hoax
