So far we ve been impressed with the performance of the 12 piece set we purchased before Christmas I wish I could have afforded to have purchased the 22 piece set but could not justify the expense considering we have a 4 burner range and we only cook for 2 The cleanup is very easy I haven t gotten to the point yet where I want to place the pans in the dishwasher One thing that startled us was the creaking and cracking sounds when placing a room temperature lid on a hot pan We have liked these enough to buy the pizza steel and preceded to eat pizza for 3 nights in a row The dough even a little sticky rolls out edge to edge easily when the pan is slightly warm and the entire pizza came off clean with nothing stuck to the pan

I made my second purchase from Hexclad A 10 quart hybrid pot After one use there were 3-4 minor scratches in the bottom of the pot I contacted Honodi D from customer service who promptly and professionally walked me through the review return process It was a seemless customer service experience I am awaiting my new pot and will be purchasing more products fro this reputable company

We have loved the hexclad pans They re used often and nothing sticks Easy clean up Noticed some shiny places on the edges of one pan so contacted warranty department to see if it was an issue Kind and quick response and replacement was sent promptly Excellent cookware and service

I ve contacted by email the customer service departement of hexclad when the inside bottom of one pot of the recent purchased 6 pieces of pot in december started peeling The delay of response was so fast guide was precise and every exchanges were kind from the begining with started on january 8th until january 16th I ve received the material within a week as it was included in the warranty Special thanks to Michelle

Buying online is guess work these days and to find an amazing product pots Pans and to have incredible staff to back up the product is truly special I have bought numerous pot s and flying pans for myself from Hexclad I have even bought them for friends and family All of us have loved the Hexclad products Even when one of mine was damaged the staff easily and seamlessly exchanged it in a fast and positive way It was pure joy dealing with them I highly recommend this company and it s fantastic products and staff The cook in me loves these pans Thank you Hexclad Again I really do recommend buying these fantastic pans and pots from Hexclad You re gonna love them and the staff that work for Hexclad

13 Piece HexClad Set

I bought a 13 piece HexClad set about 3 years ago and they are still amazing to cook with I did have an issue with my Wok but I put in a warranty claim and the very next day they got back to me and said they were issuing a replacement The customer service of HexClad is just as great as the pans
