So far so good The product comes exactly as described with all the materials needed to start growing I am a novice with hydroponic growing and the 24 7 support is great I ask they answer Not like speaking with a computer I would recommend for anyone new looking to grow their own meds

Customer Service is rubbish but have attempted to rectify the experience
Customer Service is rubbish Try and call their phone lines no one picks up the phone Use their email system and if you ask a question they ignore it and say something completely different At the moment I ve been trying to amend an address for 48 hours They either respond with sorry that you want to cancel just send it back or your ticket is a repeat ticket we are ignoring this one Literally terrible terrible customer service Their web chat is not live and is a slow version of email It s like they hired intelligent engineers and Beavis and butt head for customer relations Can I please have a call back Response Thanks for resolving the issue ideally I would like to see the webchat feature available for delivery or urgent actions and a separate chat for plant related activity I still have problems with the phone lines which now concerns me from a aftersales perspective Edited Initially awarded this enterprise 3 stars however they not only improved but went the extra mile Thank you

No matter how dumb the questions I ask are the Hey Abby team always treats me with respect and sloves the problem s that this noob presents I can be a pain but they continue to help no matter how manic I become They are psychologists as well LOL
