Absolutely awful I have attempted to return unused and get a refund I cannot understand the instructions at all Cherry in customer services answers the emails but no resolution whatsoever Avoid at all cost

Switched to babble
We switched to heybabbl because shaw is getting too expensive for our budget We saved 50 bucks a month and there was no interruption We live in chilliwack and we re upin the mountain so shaw can be a pain in the bum Babble works well in our area no lag nor any delay interruption Im happy with it
