Impossible to make an order
I ve tried to place an order on heydude uk about 5 times now For the first 3 I would get through past the pay screen and where I would normally a expect an order accepted page was greeted with a black web page Upon refreshing the site my basket would be empty I didn t receive any email and no money was taken When I tried again to order it would tell me that the shoes I wanted are now out of stock A week later I tried again same thing happened Tried again a few days later and found that my last order actually does appear on my account but is marked as cancelled I received no emails about this at all I currently have an order that is being processed and I ve been told this can take 48 hours The people maintaining this website need to do a lot to get it working At the moment the advice from the online chat is to wait use other browsers devices bank details but the fact is your site doesn t work It doesn t tell customers what s happening and its a shambles

Awful dangerous product
Awful product no support sloppy construction ridiculous laces most importantly cut the soles of my feet to a bloody mess with blisters after one 3 hour wear around the local town

I keep coming back to dude shoes as I do like the product but since being bought by crocs they have gone down hill in terms of service I placed an order today but made a mistake in the size You cant cancel an order or amend it either on the site or via customer chat The only option is to wait for them to arrive and then return them for a refund no exchanges All this was before the order was even processed Ridiculous that they can t be bothered to set up a better process than this or trust their customer service people to amend orders I do like the shoes but ordering them is just ridiculous

Bordering on dangerous
Lovely boot looks good and comfortable BUT borders on dangerous Why sell a water repellent boot that when walking in wet weather becomes one of the worst grip shoes money can buy So disappointed that the grips are dangerous Stay well away if you think you are buying a winter friendly boot Such a shame as I love the design and look
