Over a month I ve been waiting no end in sight
I got my test kit and sent it in on 01 01 23 2 of the tests couldn t be used so they send another I completed it and sent it back we re now about 12 days into this tests come back all good now we ve been waiting for approval from Gilead and it s 02 01 23 I ve asked several times if my Rx can please just be transferred and filled locally and I ll be happy to pay cash out of pocket- but they won t accommodate that I assume they receive a large sum of money from the drug manufacturer by filling it and billing it themselves so now I m out of meds with no idea of when- If ever I ll get any from Mister I guess I ll be going to my local health department and begin the whole process over again It s very clear to me that this company is not concerned whatsoever about preventing the transmission of hiv

Very bad experience Don t do it
I started with them Jan of last year I had a 6 months experience The first 3 months I got everything and when I needed to renew then it was a nightmare for them to send my new prescription to CVS It took days going back and fourth with Heymistr and CVS then I stoped taking This year I decided to start again I have received the exam kit and returned it everything in a week so fast and they said they sent my previous to CVS which they did not It s day number 9 and I am again back and fourth with them and CVS It is very stressful every time you have to Renew the prescription every 3 months I regretted so bad to start again and now here I am in this situation again

All a lie Garbage company The at home collection is awful Be prepared to poke yourself 5-6 times The customer service is awful Don t respond Be warned - just go to your regular doctor They don t work with your insurance but they say they do Don t use them You ll regret it

Absolutely hopeless
Just hopeless Had to do the tests twice because they rejected some even though I have years of experience doing these tests in the UK where this type of service works seamlessly Two weeks ago they told me one of my tests had been rejected again even though I hadn t even submitted more samples for over two months They then had to apologize for getting that wrong They take days to reply - currently 6 days waiting for a response despite multiple messages asking for a reply Supposed to take 5-6 hours Absolute jokeI thought this would be easy based on my UK experience It s a total mess they have no idea what they re doing and they are unresponsive

I ve had the same experience as others have mentioned Customer service is the worst I have run out of my medication and whenever I try to contact someone about it I go for days without a response And when I did get a response they only said they would get back to me in a couple of days And then I didn t hear from them again It is not worth it They are putting people s health at risk

I had brand name medication free
I had brand name medication free without insurance last year Mistr told me they would pay part of my insurance premium if I signed up for the insurance they suggested After signing up it took a week for them to then tell me my medication wouldn t be covered and I would have to switch the medication to generic I have now missed my meds for over a month because of their poor handling of things They also wanted me to resume medication without retesting which is dangerous

Omg so bad I am a few months into this and have been given the runaround repeatedly Whenever I ask customer service a question the response never addresses my question to the degree that I ask myself Is he literally messing with me How can I be any clearer I ve resorted to emphasizing key elements of my question with CAPITAL LETTERS and limiting it to less than 10 words To sum it up you always get what you pay for Nothing of value is free Go to a local brick and mortar organization if available

Do not trust these people Customer service is horrible Just like the other folks have said takes days to get an answer from customer service and when they do answer its so vague it seems like it s coming from a chat box They also do not work with your insurance Just save yourself the hassle and go to your own doctor or local health clinic or just wear a condom

Mistr is a scam
I have had a very bad experience with mister I reach out that I may be reacting to medication and am told they do not consult I go to do my second round of testing and the spring loaded needles for blood draw and they will not engage no longer how long you press to your finger I later needed test results to compare for my primary care office and one of the tests I had seen on the Mistr site in August 2023 when I looked in Dec 2023 there was no documentation that this testing had been done You will also have to request their customer service to send this When I decided I was done with this company you will also find out there is no way for you as a customer to delete your account and you will have to ask their customer service to deactivate your account from their end Gay and bi men who might use this service be aware they cannot be trusted and do not care about you They are preying on the gay community
