Customer support is really slow
Customer support is really slow averages 1-2 days for reply There are multiple bugs in this software 1 It takes 5-6 tries to add an account 2 It takes 2 days for a campaign to start 3 the campaign schedule isn t followed and next steps take a long time to happen

Disgusting I wrote an entire complicated sequencing and the software did not save it at all I lost all of it when I went back to check on my leads you should save the whole sequence I hated every minute of the app post that It was a brilliant complex sequence I had written This is not fair

This company is so bad I almost wonder if its a phishing scheme to steal data The software is super buggy the support is laughable and they don t even have auto payment capabilities They send manual invoices every month What kind of SAAS company can t process payments automatically Horrible company
