Terrible support
They are a terrible company that does not even allow you to limit your usage to the data you have in ur account so u can overdraft without any real fix for it I contacted the support line and they basically told me off without providing any real support now i have to pay 7 extra for like 300MB that was overdraft without me knowing

Horrible service i tried contacted them 2 times and waited for hours no answer whatshowever They overcharged me 60 euro without even telling me while i was outside Belgium Be smart and just pick another provider as this is just a scam

Horrible provider No communication option
Horrible I had requested a Sim from Hey which I never received After them sending me the first bill I tried to contact them via the chat which took me about 1h12 minutes of waiting asking to cancel my contract and number They confirmed the stop of the contract and credited the opening amount All good right Nope A month later I receive another invoice Waiting another hour until someone was on the chat explained everything again they credited again are we finally finished Nope Following month yet another invoice This is getting me very frustrated Please stop stalking me

80 of the time the billing is wrong they either forget a promotion Charge roaming just for a connection no data usage at exhuberant prices Customer service is allmost non existant Overall i ve received more billing corrections then bills itself Stay away

Effing bad sorry for the cursing but it litterally took three hours of people leaving us on seen on a chat option and transfering us around the services until we managed to scrape together the cancelation form by ourselves because they were no help at all and had nooooo care for the mistakes in the sistem and seemed to know even less then me about their services
