Came up with Osso Buco when I couldn t get any locally delivered the next day and the meat was good quality Couldn t ask for more Will definitely use HG Walter again

Very impressed with the quality of the meat I have an excellent butcher locally but I wanted quail and farmed rabbit which they don t supply The quail was exceptionally good so was the rabbit My only issue was I ordered some chicken stock and as it came frozen I didn t notice that there was a puncture so stock leaked into my fridge These things sometimes happen but it doesn t stop me from ordering again
