Recently purchased a PS5 from HGW I happy to report that this is the best site you can get any console as thier customer support is top notch I would I like to appreciate Ankit for being constantly in touch with me during the ordering process as well as giving constant updates on the order transit and delivery on whatsapp Yes the PS5 is a bit expensive as HGW has clearly mentioned that they are importing the consoles Being said that the power cable is of European plug style but HGW has taken care of that too and have included a Indian style plug power cable with the console My only issue was the PS5 box was a bit damaged But the console was fine All in all a very good experience shopping with happy gaming world would recommend for any one who s looking to get thier hands on a PS5 and are sick and tired of the nonsense of Flipkart and Amazon
