I was eager to write a Review on the service that I received from HHE from start to finish they were professional and friendly from Eilidh and Chloe who were the initial contacts very polite and nothing was any bother arranged dates for the work to commence that was suitable for myself as I work full timeJamie visited to undertake the initial survey advising me of the work to be done prior to the workmen s visit again very professional and polite Sam who was tasked with fitting my boiler arrived right on time and first impressions were very positive he put down dust sheets on my flooring thus protecting it and got on with the work in hand quietly and efficiently nothing was too much bother and he was very polite and considerate throughout his time in my home left my kitchen area clean and tidy not very often that happens with tradesmen excellent work Sam Alan the electrician arrived and introduced himself extremely pleasant throughout and nothing was any bother discussed with myself where I wished to have my smoke detectors carbon monoxide detector and heat detector located again my home was left clean and tidy Jamie visited my home after installation to check on the work that had been completed I enquired about how I could manage the controls for my new boiler nothing was any bother for Jamie he gave me a step by step guide to using my boiler at the most economical settings I have been more than happy with my new boiler installation and additional safety features I would not hesitate recommending HHE Energy Ltd to my family and friends they are so professional friendly and arrive and leave with a smile on their faces1st Class Service throughout
