Mark was recommended to me by a financial advisor From the very first call he gave confidence and surety in such a big financial transaction He gave us great advice and answered our many questions knowledgeably He also challenged our thinking to ensure the transaction was the right one for us Lauren and the other team members were efficient and Irving was ever a problem They made a huge undertaking seem less and we cannot recommend them enough So much so my best friend is working with Mark on his new property

Excellent simple service

I could not recommend these guys highly enough Both Joe and Lauren made the whole process of sorting out a mortgage super simple This was our first mortgage with HTB and they made everything clear and simple for us Any questions we had they responded pretty much straight away If only the rest of the house purchase was as straight forward as the work they did for us

I don t often write reviews but after my experience with House and Holiday Home Mortgages I feel it is only fair to give in particular Joe and Lauren the credit they deserve and hopefully enable other customers to benefit from their incredible customer service and support in getting a mortgage This was my first time using a mortgage broker and although I was nervous about this I had absolutely no reason to be and I would love to work with their company again Joe was very professional and friendly offering support at each stage and was on hand for any questions I had I feel Joe went above and beyond to try and get me the mortgage and was extremely responsive with excellent communication to achieve this I would not hesitate in recommending House and Holiday Home Mortgages to any of my family and friends Thank you really can t capture how much I appreciate their help and support but THANK YOU

A fantastic professional service during a difficult time with Covid and changing from a ltd company at the time of application Sally had incredible patience and superb product knowledge and managed to resolve any difficulties seamlessly and stress free The chain was difficult and Sally took any pressure off me and supported me above and beyond the requirements I can t recommend her highly enough
