Dimitar of hisky was so helpful The ordering and delivery process went smoothly I realised I hadn t ordered the installation pack and called Dimitar who was extremely informative and helpful to direct me to where I could get hold of these items sharing links directly Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the window cracking when we took it up on the roof I think this was our fault The windows were in tact on delivery Dimitar very kindly responded immediately and arranged re-delivery at no cost the next working day which went well over and above and as such I highly recommend this company and the rare personal and outstanding customer service
