You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for excellent products I got a mirrored and heated bathroom cabinet -with usb ports 4 years ago the light failed I contacted the retailer and they provided all the details required HIB replaced the cabinet so pleased I bought such a great product in the first place and received outstanding service from their customer support department

We purchased a vanquish 60 recessed cabinet for our en-suite dissatisfied with it as it buzzed terribly which disturbed my sleep James at HIB quickly resolved the problem of replacing the cabinet which is now much quieter 5 stars HIB

Lovely cabinet great customer service
Lovely cabinet great customer service I was missing a latch to hold one of the doors shut The retailer would not assist so I emailed a photo of the missing latch to HiB They replied on the next working day to say they had sent one out to me It was exactly the right part Thank you
