receive flowers they wear nice however they wear infested with moths try to contact hidden botanics for explanation but they are ignoren my emails so i would advice any one buying from them to keep a check on the dry flowers still no reply from them gose to show they take 75 pounds off me butt refuse to answear questions to date trust pilot suspended my partner for suposadle leavein fake reviews bottanic have block my partner refuse to reply to questions

Horrendous quality
Horrendous quality and even worse customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered the Rustic Red Cream bridal bouquet a matching boutonniere and 3 baby s breath boutonni res I was so exited as they were beautiful online yet what I received was a box of garbage The boutonni res were covered and ruined with stringy glue that they had used to glue down the string that hold it together The string itself was horrendously twined and looked like someone with no arms had wrapped it Online they re pictured to have safety pins attached however not 1 of the boutonni res has one Then leading to the main event the bridal bouquet I would be ashamed to send someone what I was sent The roses were suppose to be rustic red and cream yet mine were black The arrangement of the baby s breath with the roses was horrendous and unskilled To top it off yet again there was glue everywhere Distraught I contacted them to let them know what I received and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe a trainee had done my set But their customer service is every bit as bad as the flowers they sent It took at days a week to receive 1 reply at a time so many different people deal with the online customer care that it was very confusing and them themselves had no idea what was going on Eventually they said they would send a replacement and they did although delayed and miss communicated and when i received my replacement they missed half of what they said they would replace and still my bridal bouquet looks nothing like what i ordered I can t believe it I feel conned and robbed - you get complete catfished by what pictures they post online vs what you receive Unbelievably they charge a 30 fee for returning items and postage so it s really not worth claiming a refund as either way I have been robbed AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience Sent me my order 6 weeks late and when the order arrived it was just dead flowers - they weren t dry at all They stank and were literally moulded in the box It took me five months to get a hold of someone and after back and forth for months they would only offer me half a refund - they said they couldn t offer a whole refund because I didn t send the flowers back - I would have if they didn t take five months to respond why would I hold on to rotting flowers This is quite clearly a case of good marketing and dreadful quality customer service AVOID Total scam They change their company name and email often as to not be tracked Shocking

Weddings flowers were never sent and she used a fake tracking number and nothing came to light till the day before the wedding Absolute scam do not use You will got get your wedding flowers

Red flags everywhere
I enquired about flowers via the site and got a swift reply but it didn t really offer the answer i wanted- no big issue though I then checked trust pilot and was less than enthused by several weeks of negative order posts Given that a lot of people said the same i held off on ordering Before I ordered I did see a girl ask a comment on their Instagram post relating to the size of the bouquet- I recommended she check trust pilot first before ordering which is a fair comment given what I d found they proceeded removed my comment and blocked me on Instagram I wouldn t have known if the person i commented to hadn t messaged me Shortly after this they unblocked me and then offered to get a bespoke quote via their website- i ve already called them and had no reply so All in all massive red flags as far as I m concerned all of this has galvanised my initial doubts i won t be ordering from them

An average product that too long to arrive
A very average product that took MUCH longer to arrive than the website suggests Website confirms products will be dispatched within 7 days but my order of one bouquet to check the quality was not delivered for 24 days If you re planning a wedding I wouldn t recommend using this company because of the stress of knowing when it will be delivered Having contacted the company numerous times I was also very disappointed with the customer service where no one could confirm when I would receive the item Lastly the quality was not that high for the price paid I think the website oversells the fullness of the product and the brightness They also don t smell too great I m glad I tested the product before making a bigger order because I would have been extremely disappointed overall

Disappointed and has made the last few weeks more stressful than anything
I ordered my flowers on 10 6 24 and they didn t arrive until 3 7 24 and I had to chase them up in between When they arrived they were all squashed in on box On opening them lots of them were totally squashed some broken stems and those intact were not attractive flattened and did not smell nice I was advised they would sent extra to replace those squashed and broken but in an attempt to swap them over the bouquets bunches were tied together with so much tape that it was impossible to swap them without causing others to move and the whole item lose shape I ve been attempting to get a refund and been given some back minus 30 restock fee Even though consumer rights says they aren t allowed to reduce refunds Be wary Order small and see what you think before you order big like I did I m 2 weeks away from wedding down money and trying to organise alternative flowers

I ordered a little Baby s Breath buttonhole to test the quality for my wedding - I m glad I didn t place a bigger order The product I received didn t look as advertised - it just looked discoloured I contacted them to request a refund and got a generic email back saying I d need to pay for postage to return the item and I could either have 100 store credit or a refund minus a 30 handmade fee STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

PLEASE do a trial order
I was about to put in my 600 order in with Hidden Botanics but luckily decided to quickly search for some external reviews not just the ones they put on their website and so glad I did I was really put off by what I read so put in a trial order of one small bouquet This arrived late and when I opened the box had a really horrid smell The flowers although are okay they are nothing like the website It contains lots of cabbage like plants and one rose - not at all the combination or balance shown in the pictures on the site If this had been my full wedding order I would have been really upset I have reported this to Hidden Botanics but after submitting my issues with heavy details the response was please let us know the issues with your order so have given up pursuing a refund as from reading reviews they don t do this anyway Please please please order a trial before putting in a large order I now have time to find a florist to do real flowers and although this is about 300 more expensive it is worth not having the worry of wondering what will turn up from Hidden Botanics

Scam - never arrived
I placed my order over 8 weeks ago in April The company has tried unsuccessfully to ship my parcel to Ireland 4 times now and it still hasn t arrived The shipping partner notifications state that they aren t putting the correct documentation on the package The company keeps changing its story but their latest rubbish excuse is that it s my fault that I didn t check the customs requirements of Ireland There are in fact no restrictions on shipping dried flowers to Ireland but in any case if there were they shouldn t be offering to ship them there They are refusing to refund me Their communication and customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional They are absolute scam artists do not order from them
