We re getting married in Spain travelling from the UK so I really wanted to arrange my flowers from home and take them over my case Reaching out to Hidden Botanics they assured me that this wouldn t be an issue I was so pleased with how quickly they arrived well packaged and really great quality I m so excited for my bouquet on my wedding day

Arrived Quickly

I made a pretty big order and the bouquets and boutonni res came quicker than expected which was a huge stress reliever as I made the order slightly last minute Keep in mind when the bouquets come they need to be fluffed and fanned out in order to look like the photos on the website but once this was done they were perfect

I just got my flowers in the mail which were shipped overseas to Seattle Washington USA I was worried about the flowers as the box looked a bit banged up but the flowers were well packed inside and seem unharmed They are SO BEAUTIFUL and smell amazing I cannot wait to incorporate them into my wedding day and to wear my flower crown and carry my bouquet The purple in the dried flowers is SO exquisite

The dried flower bouquet was one of my favorite parts of our wedding day It perfectly complemented the vintage lace of my dress and the rustic charm of the venue I loved that it included some of my favorite flowers and even some sprigs of lavender that smelled heavenly

Super easy to order my flowers are beautiful and can t wait to use for them for our big day I paid for express delivery as I was a little on edge that it being a large order it may take longer I ordered on Wednesday and they arrived today Friday which is so much quicker than I expected

Beyond expectations

Beyond expectations the flowers I ordered were so beautiful that we are going back for more for our wedding They are so lovingly made Arrival was later than described on the website however as a large handmade order I am not disappointed - just be sure to order in plenty of time if it s big Customer service also really fast and helpful as I am ordering products that are not pictured

Good experience for my wedding

I had a good experience with HB getting a flower crown and some hair pins for my wedding There were a couple of problems along the way but these were not caused by HB and i can t fault the communication from them and how they offered to resolve them Postage was very slow but I contacted HB and they offered to send a replacement if it didn t arrive within the next 24hrs Fortunately it did One pin had become damaged in transit and I was offered a free replacement as well as instructions on how to fix it if I preferred I followed the instructions and it fixed up no problem My items looked absolutely beautiful on the day and I got a lot of compliments It was breezy so I lost a lot of petals in the wind but the crown still looked full and lovely despite of it because they d really packed in as many dried flowers as possible The yellow flowers were a lovely rich colour and the variety was great I ve now ordered some home decor bouquets from HB and look forward to getting them soon
