Disgusting company Ordered a necklace the 2nd of December nothing has arrived they just give a fake posting link Absolutely fuming It s a Xmas that I can t even order from anywhere else in time now as they lied and said it s on its way DO NOT BUY FROM HERE HF 10831

Terrible company do not buy from them dodgy as hell I brought a projection bracelet and the projection on to the wall doesn t work at all I think this is not a good company at all Avoid at all costs

Ordered 6th Dec chased on 12th told its on its way to me but still no update orde tracking stuck on waiting to be collected by courier Tried to phone numbers on website do not work HF 11192 Avoid

Underwhelmed

Ordered 17th of November Listed as Fast and free shipping Still waiting as of the 19th of December 373 wasted This product did arrive a couple of days after this post but arrived in one jewellery box for all 3 necklaces 1 bracelet and 1 key chain At least they were in individual zip lock bags This image is also hard to see and for myself and my sister who also checked hers does not project on the wall with a flashlight I used my S24 my sister has an iPhone as beautifully as shown online

Avoid if you don t want stress

My order was ready on the 9th of December but has not made it to transit 10 days later emailed the 13th and fobbed off with an email asking to give it a few more days Chased again on the 19th this was supposed to be a Christmas present tried to call them but phone number doesn t work cant seem to write a google review either despite their website having 5 stars all over it Update- I have just received my orderAn absolute shame it took for me writing a bad review and reporting them to my credit card company to start getting any sort of decent response from them Terrible frustrating experience will not be using them again ever Don t need the stress

As per other reviews ordered a necklace for a Christmas present on 13 12 24 and although it says ready for courier to collect and has a tracking number none of them work The phone numbers don t work either and after four emails sent I have not had one reply Obviously now know it s a scam

AVOID IGNORES YOU AND BREACHES CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT

I have never written such a bad review on a brand in my life But I wish I had done my research beforehand I ordered 2 bracelets that clearly advertised online 3-5 working days as a whole and delivery before Christmas It is now the 19th December with a weekend to go through and then only 2 business days before Christmas and I have had no update there s no order that has been sent out ignored by email and social media It s absolutely disgusting They already breach several rights acts running their business by advertising a number that is not in use and not communicating within reasonable time Do not waste your money here Clearly being run by an amateur who is unable to communicate

I worked as a brand ambassador for this company I made sales but they deleted my affiliation without paying the commission that I earned without any explanation Very poor business
