The wax removal is excellent but you need to be prepared for the noise whilst it s being done The results are well worth the 10 minutes per ear mild discomfort I would recommend Mandy at Hidden Hearing Hull

Went for my first ever wax removal
Went for my first ever wax removal appointment in Leeds with the lovely Mandy I was walked through the appointment proceedings fully informed about everything and even got to see the inside of my ear which was interesting Mandy was very considerate and I felt safe being guided through the process by her I also had a hearing test at the end of the appointment and found that my hearing level was normal Would definitely recommend this experience with hidden hearing and Mandy in particular 50 is also very good value for the service I received

Great experience
Recently had ear wax removal for the first time at the Cambridge clinic The procedure was painless and effective I m pleased with the results The practitioner Diane was so lovely to talk to and eased any worries I had about the procedure The receptionist was also very lovely
