Absolutely first class customer service from Chris here From first point of contact to completion he has been superb Did what he said he was going to do in the time frame he gave us Phoned to keep us informed about the progress of the application and rapidly booked in the installation when we got to that point If only every company had this level of customer sevice

Alan made the installation process so easy He set everything up checked for black spots round the house and helped set up the WiFi on my devices Super friendly and professional

All the guys were spot on Alan did the internal work exactly what i wanted checking for any poor signal areas before he left Aaron and Glen did the exterior again good neat work

Ali and Stuart arrived less than 24 hours after my cable was cut through in error by folks working near my house They were both so helpful and friendly with everything being sorted very quickly and they checked the equipment in my house was working properly before they left which gave me peace of mind What a team Thank you

Callum arrived on a horrendous Thursday I would not have put my cat out the weather was so bad After climbing two poles in freezing conditions he found the fault it was dark so he said he would be back Callum arrived as promised Harry arrived shortly after they were really good at their job got me back online I would not hesitate to have these guys back well mannered and so polite
