The construction team arrived as arranged and quickly and efficiently got the job done They checked everything was correct and ensured I was happy before leaving They were polite friendly and worked away in what was a wet and windy day The polytunnel is sturdy and looks great I am really happy with the service and the product

We love our poly tunnel Throughout the process of selection order and delivery Myles was on hand to answer questions He responded promptly every time Our only issue was with our order being split by the delivery company so we had to wait ten days or so for the last box to arrive but we were comforted by the fact that Myles was chasing the agent regularly

Awful service acted as though it was too much effort after all was paid for

Received the polytunnel but wasn t sure about something so tried ringing to clarify but because I didn t have the invoice number to hand they refused to help I gave them the name and address but they said they were too busy to look through a hundred names to find out and hung up So I called first tunnels who are the true provider of the tunnels and they gave me all the information within 10 minutes and more besides First tunnels were very helpful and happy to do so highland polytunnels were not I would recommend avoiding them and deal directly with first tunnels co uk as they are the provider anyway all comes from them

Helpful Friendly

I am still disappointed that the plastic comes folded because there is a sharp crease at both sides which ultimately becomes a weak point Better to send in a roll to avoid creasing at all
