I have received no compensation for a flight that has been delayed for over 2 5 hours After inputting my account and waiting for the stated 5 working days I am yet to receive any compensation or any further communication After reaching out through the customer email at contact hikoala co with an inquiry about an update on the status of my compensation my email has been ignored for further 5 working days now
