Last week Kelvin came to check a newly identified watermark on the ceiling of the master room toilet To play safe he climbed up to the loft above the toilet As we don t have a ladder yet he brought his from his van Throughout the process he was very careful not to make any scratches on any wall or staircases He was also very patient taking steps to keep the carpet clean and safe We highly appreciate his extra caution in all these After confirming that there was no water leakage or any big issues he helped removing the watermark with several layers of sprays and paintings Thank you very much Kelvin

Paul Coppen visited us recently to look at a long standing issue with our shower screen leaking this was an issue that has been reviewed by multiple subcontractors bouncing back and forth over months within minutes he had understood the history identified the root cause and went to work As a highly multi-skilled tradesman who takes pride in his work he resolved the issue and was on his way Great communication and workmanship

Since taking over as our customer service contact in September India has done a marvellous job rectifying and keeping us updated on the few remaining snagging jobs we ve required With the weather now turning there are a couple of external jobs remaining which I know India has on her radar All in all a very satisfying customer experience thus far Thank you Hill and notably well done India Keep up the good work Paul W

Doing more than assigned

Instead of just doing what he has been assigned Barry suggested a better way to do the boiler pipework so that it would be more convenient for us to tune up the boiler pressure later Also he helped drilling a deeper hole to hang a fallen curtain pole Thanks for solving a pop up issue which is not the task list at all Appreciate that
