Do not use this company I bought a pair of the Cheetah Ergonomic Hunting Pants in the correct size for me according to their own sizing chart but what arrived was at least two sizes too small even though the label stated they were the correct size When I tried to return them I found they had to be sent back to Bulgaria at my expense This was to cost half the price of the cost of the trousers using their suggested courier company DHL and the insurance cover that was included barely covered the postage cost let alone any of the price of the trousers I tried to send them back via Royal Mail luckily tracked and insured for the full cost of the trousers a not inconsiderable 120 but at a quarter of the cost of DHL only for them to be held at Bulgarian Customs for 3 months before being returned to me due to an incorrect address This was supplied to me by Hillman themselves So I am now stuck with a pair of totally unusable trouser and no way of getting my money back without investing another 50 in the hope that DHL know what Hillman Huntings address should be Otherwise I might get my postage costs back via the insurance but will have lost any evidence of the incorrect trouser size supplied Looks like in just going to have to learn the hard way but please make sure you don t make the same mistake as me DO NOT USE HILLMAN HUNTING

Bought 2 pairs of these boots in 2 different sizes Planned on returning the one that didn t fit Pretty disappointed on how these boots have worn especially with their price tag On the returned the took half of the value of my purchase due to shipping complications and will only give me I m store credit I will never be doing business with them again Companies that charge this much for their product should take care of their costumers not take advantage of them

Customer service abysmal

Hello To say that I am disappointed in your response is an understatement Having invested a lot of money in your products thinking that they are the best on the market upsets me greatly I wanted to buy more products from Hillman as I was impressed with what you have on offer You say that the waterproofness is only guaranteed for six months from receipt of the product is very poor and misleading maybe you should put this comment in your advertisements on your products You seem to pride yourselves on the Hunting business I am sure if people were told that the waterproof products that you sell are only guaranteed for 6 months from purchase would make them think twice from purchasing products from Hillman Hunting Considering I bought the boots in the summer and I only use them for walking my dog I have not misused these boots as you have insinuated I take your comments as very insulting upsetting You may remember that I had to send my boots back to yourselves one month after purchase 13 07 2023 because of the lacing system this took approximately over six weeks for them to be returned back to me Just to let you know that I have the same problem again with the lacing system I am sure that if I were using my boots while in the Hunting Game they would not have lasted one day I think that potential customers would like see the way I have been treated the comments made I feel that I have been extremely mistreated and I want to escalate this further up the chain of command as I think that these boots are not fit for purpose I am not wanting a refund or compensation just for the boots to be fixed or replaced I think that this is not a big ask I await your reply Regards Anthony Hello Anthony Our Warranty Department has carefully looked over your case and unfortunately we won t be able to accept your complaint According to our Warranty Policy the factory guarantee of waterproofness is valid for six months from the date of receipt of the product We believe this is sufficient time to test the product and be convinced of its qualities Any waterproof problem occurring after this period is due to misuse improper care or wear and tear of the product The 2-year guarantee refers to manufacturing defects The service life of all products depends on the individual use of the products the conditions of use and the user s individual wearing behavior Products whose damage is due to normal wear and tear or exceeding the reasonable product life are excluded from the warranty If you have further questions or need support I am here to help Best regards Marie

Within the warranty period the left pair of boots split at the gluing The company said it was because I was wearing it A boot is meant to be worn right All care taken too expensive to neglect the other half of the boot is intact My advice is that don t buy Hillman boots Once you ve already paid they don t care about you And the excuse they use to dismiss your complaint is that you were wearing the boots funny isn t it Why did I buy it I was going to use it as a trophy

Alright let s talk hunting gear I just got my hands on the Alpha Jacket and Alpha Waterproof Hunting Boots and let me tell you my hunting game and my look has officially leveled up This jacket is like a bear hug that lets you move Seriously I felt like a secret agent with the amount of gear I could pack in the pockets without looking like I stuffed a picnic in there It s warm but not suffocating ideal for those chilly mornings when you re questioning your life choices for being up so early And when the weather turned from nice and crisp to sky is falling this jacket had my back Literally Stayed dry stayed warm stayed looking like the coolest hunter out there in my humble opinion Now these boots It s like Hillman figured out how to make marshmallows for your feet without the sticky part Lightweight but with enough grip that I could ve scaled a mountain I tromped through mud puddles and what can only be described as a swamp and my feet stayed dry I m pretty sure I heard the boots whisper Is that all you got when I stepped into some particularly messy terrain Also they somehow managed to make them breathable so by the end of a long day I wasn t dealing with the dreaded foot sauna situation Happy hunting
