Dreadful Customer Service Team - have now called 8 times to try to get a broken Hilti drill collected - always told it will be the next day Via Menzies never turn up Customer Services never call back nor does the Care Team despite being given a reference number nor does the Account Manager Wouldn t pay them with washers Used to be good - sadly no longer

Two confirmed orders not delivered customer service hopeless their courier Menzies don t turn up Two completely lost days due to their incompetence Area sales rep Stuart Hilton is a total spineless wonder who does not pick up the phone or return calls I will never give this company the light of day again after spending good money with them for over 20 years

Useless after sale service I need accessories for WSC 85 circular saw a rail adapter and a dust extractor adapter - NOT AVAILABLE What a joke of the company Overly expensive tools with no service support Just stay away from them

Once a company to buy from not radioactive Needed fixings for a rush job called call centre as Belfast centre telephone number is a national secret Yeah Belfast has a box but only one call them Well got secret number ring ring no answer So have to drive across town arrive Oh computers down can t do the sale I asked with two here why didn t you pickup the phone Blank stare

Don t bother buying from this company

We got a quote for some bits excepted the quote paid extra for next day before 10 30am delivery and they didn t bother sending it or telling us we had been quoted the wrong price before not sending it So we ve had two people on site unable to work This is not the first time This is so unprofessional Every time you try to use Hilti Great Britain there is a new rep as the previous one has left I think that says it all

Poor customer service

Purchased items then cancelled following day but they still withdrew funds from bank Phoned over 4 times to get a refund and monies returned to bank over a week gone and still no sign on monies been returned

Bought a brand new rod cutter Broke down with in a few weeks Sent back for repairs and still waiting Been over a week when there turn around time is 3 days What a joke hilti are now

There should be an option for zero stars arranged a collection for a certain date tried to collect before arranged date eventually collected on agreed date then continued to try and collect 5 consecutive days afterwards Whenever I called Hilti to try to resolve I was constantly lied to failed promises and call backs that never happened appalling service
