Due to a recent bit of illness I had to trade in my car from a manual to an automatic Nathan was fantastic from start to finish He was knowledgeable and also sympathetic that I was trading in for medical reasons and not necessarily because I wanted to He was very attentive and quickly showed me the two cars that I had my eye on I was left to explore the cars myself and when I had to test drive I was allowed to do so on my own without the added pressure of somebody from the dealership looking over my shoulder Nathan also tried to get me as much money as he could for my current vehicle knowing my budget and the reason that I had for selling it He was polite friendly and a good laugh at every part of the journey There was no hard selling and he was very flexible when booking in an appointment for my husband to come and view the car as well The garage itself is very relaxed and I would say that this has a lot to do with all of the staff most of whom are under 35 and have a I m here to help but I won t push you you can come to me approach This shows as it makes for a very comfortable buying experience especially when compared to its much larger competitors who often make you feel pressured and inclined to fein interest Hilton garage keep doing whatever it is that you re doing and Nathan keep up the good work You have been brilliant to deal with Thank you
