Hilton Hotels false advertising
I am an Honors member and the victim of false advertising on the Hilton Garden Inn Key West website From your site Daily Resort Charge includes Shuttle service to Old Town Key West with beach access scheduled airport transportation two daily in-room bottled waters two daily alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at the Garden Grille Upon making my reservation I asked the rep how to schedule the airport transport She originally told me that I should call the hotel when we land and they would send a shuttle Luckily she called the hotel to confirm but was told they don t have any airport transport available didn t know if they would in July when we were going to be there She offered to book at the DoubleTree but at a higher rate of course and would not offer the Garden rate for the mess up I ended up getting transferred to customer care dept for a resolution --- there was none I asked for a reduced 25 resort fee since airport transport was no longer included I was told they would arrange private transport but I had to PAY FOR IT Are you kidding The cust care agent then called the Garden Inn back again and was told they would pay for the transport When I asked for that to be included IN WRITING in my reservation confirmation she was told that the manager was unavailable and to call back in an hour So I asked her to call me when the issue was resolved but she could not make outbound calls How convenient I asked to confirm that the prepaid reservation was cancelled which after another several minutes on hold was told they couldn t find it I guess I ll know if it appears on my credit card End result -- after 94 MINUTES ON THE PHONE I have no reservation which is fine and have to start my again to plan a quick vacation plan It will NOT be at a Hilton Hotel I expected so much more from this company but I d probably get better treatment at a Motel 6 for a quarter of the price I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB

Hilton Garden Inn Bristol
This is for Hilton Garden Inn Bristol Hiltons have gone downhill markedly since the last time we stayed in one 150 per night for what Would have been better off in a budget hotel the room was a box there was only one towel provided for 2 of us no room service no mini bar not even a biscuit with the complimentary tea and coffee and as for the buffet breakfast The bacon was over cooked the 2nd morning there was none left the eggs were undercooked the bread for toast had run out too if it had been 5 minutes before breakfast finished i would have understood that i guess but itwas over an hour before next time it will be a Premier Inn

Hilton Hotel Cobham
We stayed at the Hilton Hotel Cobham at the end of October 2024 The main photo of the hotel when you book online looks amazing but you actually arrive at the other side of the building which is not attractive We paid a bit extra than the standard room but it was still quite small The hotel allows dogs to stay with their owners The dog in the room next to ours barked throughout the evening When we complained the staff couldn t have been any more indifferent to the situation When we went for dinner we ordered a Caesar salad that comes with anchovies After ordering we were told there were no anchovies so we asked for halloumi which we discovered later we had been charged extra for Finally when we checked out the next day our feedback on the issues we were unhappy about was completely disregarded and not even a simple apology was offered The final straw was the parking we had to pay for in the hotels own car park

Not fit for purpose Booked into Gateshead Hilton as a Gold member and I ve never been so disgusted in the state of a hotel room Damp and soiled walls which are a health hazard but especially to my asthmatic daughter dirty tired worn carpet and furniture Dirty window sills why would a hotel not notice these basic health and safety issues We were moved rapidly as soon as they were made aware of the problem to an upgraded room however the room was exactly the same no upgrade better view but slightly cleaner Do not stay here if you have better alternatives wish I had booked into the Malmaison I ve stayed here numerous times but tried Hilton as I could redeem points that s a cleaner hotel and on the Newcastle Keyside part I ve taken several photos of the damp and damaged wall and would share but not able to

Hilton Home 2 Suites Telegraph Road Woodbridge VA They held 600 of my money as a security deposit on my credit card over a long weekend I was twice told by staff that it was processed incorrectly but no one corrected the error I had issues with the rooms mold no water pressure missing items no one attempted to help Asked to speak to GM several times and never available

I am surprised how Hilton hired supervisors who can t understand simple questions Spoke with Tracy and another non-English speaker both unprofessional They don t want to listen to the issue but keep saying no no no no This is NOT a good customer service Get your online custer service trained well because they give you HILTON HONORS a bad reputation

Issuing Penalty Ticket to Guest using the hotel entrance to pickup and dropoff
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to my recent experience After picking up at the Hilton London Paddington entrance I was issued a penalty ticket It feels like a deliberate trap for guests which is extremely disappointing This is not the kind of treatment one should expect from a hotel especially one with the Hilton brand
