Trip id 26042023We booked a 10 day itenary at Himalayan travel world and coordinated with Mahender Thakur for all the arrangements We were very specific about 3 Star hotels and were charged for the same Apart from stay at Manali and Amritsar the other stays Ridge view Shimla -2N Sky bhagsu Dharamshala -1N The kings Dalhousie -2N were pathetic The hotels that they provided were not even single star the rooms were dirty washrooms were disgusting no hot water at all for 2 days When the same was reported response from Mahender Thakur was really surprising He did not even bother to change the hotels even after multiple requests Neither the same was compensated We had to pay the complete amount even after staying at normal hotels Half of our trip experience was very dissatisfied because of this Will never ever recommend this agency to anyone who cannot honour to their commitment and cheat you
