Best purchases ever literally AWESOME

Purchased 2 Himiway D5 Zebra ST last January In the past 10 months we have put over 5000 miles on them One of our best purchases we have ever made literally AWESOME As an aging couple they allow my wife and I to always ride comfortably with one another We often ride to the store movies dinner kids houses parents houses not to mention all the fun random places Have you heard of Rail Trails Google maps now has bike routes allowing us to travel freely without riding on major thoroughfares After tons of homework we chose the Himiway Zebra St for a few reasons They come well equipped and are easy to assemble I m a big man and the 400 pound weight capacity was important to me This also coincides with the ST of Step Through After mounting a conventional bike and then an ST it was a so much easier They are large bikes but easy to ride and maneuver Working in the batterie industry I understand the importance of a well made dependable battery Samsung is one of the best Our Himiway D5 Zebra ST have out performed all expectations

Very satisfied customer here Since purchasing the Himiway Zebra two years ago I have used Himiway customer service a few times and found it very professional even then despite the fact that there was no direct support available for the Netherlands at the time They helped me to my full satisfaction and provided perfect service I am a huge fan of Himiway and the Zebra bike is really awesome

I purchased a Himiway cruiser order

I purchased a Himiway cruiser order 38711123 and was one of my best purchases The cruiser arrived per schedule I assembled which was easy after charging battery I started to ride the bike and was pleasantly surprised Everything worked as should and after 2 years I put on 3000 miles over a little over 2 years I did all proper maintenance and the only parts that needed replacemnet were the brake pads I gifted the bike to a relative and purchased a Zebra D5 earlier this year and again perfect performance It was a great update for me and the Hydraulic brakes is a nice upgrade 5 Star all aroundThank you Himiway

Himiway Zebra exchange

Ordered a Himiway Zebra for my wife Turned out if was to tall for here she didn t feel safe riding it I contacted customer service they promptly responded suggested another style of bike they would exchange it We reviewed the bike which neither her nor I cared for She ended up finding another that fit her but it was not a Himiway brand Himiway was willing to take the bike back according to there return policy I ask if they would exchange it for a bike I would like instead They agreed I returned the Zebra in exchange for a Cobra Pro Hassle free exchange no shipping cost on my part coustomes service was easy to deal with promptly replyed

I have had my Cruiser for over 3 years

I have had my Cruiser for over 3 years and have over 6 000 miles I have had no issues with the bike The amazing battery and motor are still performing great with minor degradation which is understandable over time As a senior citizen I greatly appreciate the extra help getting up hills Great exercise and have had many compliments from younger people who have seen me riding around town Minor damage during shipping Service people helped after showing videos of the damage I would recommend this bike to anyone over 16 who is a taller person I should have gone with a step thru My fault entirely Great bike

Zebra D5 Pro mid drive torque sensing

I bought my D5 Pro Mid Drive in the spring I put over 500km on it on city and lake trails I am sad that I had to hang it up for the winter It worked great and is a blast to ride Battery life is awesome I run it in the lowest assist setting but it is not hard to pedal at all It is a beast weighing about 80 lbs But that heavy construction pays off if you find yourself pushing the top end or a rougher terrain I really am looking forward to my next ride in the spring
