Faultless from the start
After my car was written off in an accident I needed to sort out a replacement asap so I had a car for work Calling Hippo who I used before I was dealt with by Joanne Oldfield who was amazing from the start Car found finance sorted and delivery arranged all in two days Can t fault any of the service I received at allI m definitely one happy customer

Amazing personal service My account manager Jack was outstanding in everyway totally professional at every step more importantly he treated me like a real person he listened to my needs and requirements with understanding and patience He made suggestions and gave advice on these requirements un biased and not at all forceful Jack made me feel truly valued as a customer and that my business was important to Hippo It is a pleasure to work with Jack and I hope his employers value his skills

Grace was fantastic No pressure to buy nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our mind on the vehicle they needed to get from the compound Prices on the vehicles are very good - they obviously make money on the finance but that s standard for any car dealership and they are upfront about all costs before you make the purchase
