I wanted a new car contacted a couple of car leasing companies to help me find the right car It was an awful experience not being listened to was annoying Before calling off my car search I contacted Hippo and spoke with Jack and Ellia They listened to everything I said were patient warm professional and appeared to understand all of my needs Within x7 days of picking up the phone to them I was sitting in the right car that suited my needs Throughout that week Elliott and Jack kept me informed and talked me through each and every step of the way answering any questions I had On car day Ellia was waiting for me at the time of my choosing with documents ready car ready within 15 minutes I was driving home in my new car Without doubt the best car searching and buying experience I have ever had and I look forward to dealing with them both again in x2 years time Thank you Jack and Ellia for your professionalism patience and warmth
