Recently I bought some stuff in this store and until delivery it was all good and fast Unfortunately DHL decided they won t deliver it to my address and waited for more info to set a new place or whatever Thing is apparently something went wrong and their customer service asked me to ask the company which sent the package which is Puffy to get in touch with their customer service to resolve the issue I ve been sending emails to Puffy for a month already through multiple emails and channels and get no response back So my package has been in some DHL storage for one and half month and I don t even want it anymore I guess I just lost some money thanks to Puffy never checking their contact email inbox

I am a store owner in Europe Our last cookie order through puffy Europe has been a terrible experience First it has been misrouted to Tennessee After a month it arrived and all of the cookies are melted and crushed I received a bunch of wet breadcrumbs I can not sell In the entire month we waited for the shipment NOBODY answered one single call nor one single email note I called all numbers I could find and wrote to all emails I could find the phone listed on their invoices doesn t even exist anymore The minimum I expect is a partial refund and some apologies This is a most unprofessional and cowardly way of doing business The products are good but their European branch is comprised of a bunch of unprepared and unprofessional staff By the way Joffrey is the sales guy who was assigned to us and he sees our messages on WhatsApp but does not answer them just as he doesn t answer our calls Get back to us Order Number SLE1464 on hipuffy euEDIT they promptly followed up and refunded our order They also provided us with the contact of a more reliable sales person Thank you Puffy We will keep being your clients in the future

No communication from merchant

I have ordered 4 days ago Order HP3143 so far I haven t received any communication from the site I have chosen to pay by bank transfer and paid right after the confirmation I didn t receive any communication regarding the order and I have been trying to communicate via email for four days with no reply

Bad Company

Should have listened to the bad reviews I certainly don t recommend anyone believe the good reviews unless they want to lose their money Ordered 7 days ago received confirmation email as well as confirmation from my bank that funds were transferred but Puffy refuses to respond to my emails I actually signed up to be an affiliate but even that procedure did not work properly on their site and signing up does nothing THIS SITE IS A DEFINITE SCAM UPDATE Feb 1 2025 Have never received my 300 order No tracking provided Have requested a refund but just get the same email response that they are looking into it It s been 7 weeks All the indications of a scam site BUYER BEWARE

A month after they got my payment I have no package and no refund despite of repeatedly requesting one Support used to reply to my emails and tell me to keep waiting but now they have stopped replying despite of the last 3 emails I sent which were left unanswered It s a scam don t waste your time and money on this service

I was sent an incomplete order I ordered a cartridge with battery but only the cartridge arrived I tried to write them via email but they are taking their time to respond I am regretting not reading about them enough Im still crossing my fingers that theyd send the rest of the order or refund it atleast

If you live in the UK don t bother with this company as you ll get bad customer service and you will not receive your items having to get my money back thru my Card issuer
