Bought their cameras more than a year ago At first everything was OK but the software is designed in a way that after a year if you want to access a replay you need to pay them a subscription fee every month

I find Hiseeu s Ptz Cams every few days aimed at the wall and if you don t notice it it s a big problem At the same time they also lose the positions memorized in Cruise Control The assistance then is non-existent or rather they make fun of you until you can t stand it anymore with excuses like the engineers are on vacation and after 3 months during which they continuously asked me for the device data I gave up on it everything I was forced to buy other devices from more serious companies

Do not buy Hiseeu products The App has a virus that takes over the playback feature making it virtually unusable pop ups blank the screen with an adverts trying to sell you their cloud service Even when ads are turned off it still takes over deleting and reinstall app has no effect what so ever It did not happen immediately but when they realise your not going to buy their cloud service they bombard you with ads making the camera next to useless if you want to play any thing backTheir uk customer service Jason just ignores all contact I recommend you avoid Hiseeu as it a form of harassment and i will be contacting the authorities

Support is a joke

This company aftersale support is a joke Dont buy - stay away Got two ipcams bought new on aliexpress that I cant access via webgui due to it give a user and password error No way to factoryreset Only answer from support is that the ipcam is on a blacklist and thley cant do anything about it

I have been attempting to contact Hiseeu for support with regards to a security camera system with no reply no manual comes with the product and when you finally locate a manual there s little to no trouble shooting section The product is reasonable until it doesn t work then you re out of pocket and can t find out how to fix or upgrade your system
