Excellent customer support
A few days ago I placed an order for a mattress but I changed my mind and I contacted their customer support by email to cancel the order exercising my right of withdrawal as described in their cancellation policy I received a reply within 24hrs and I was advised that they will try to stop the order because it had already been sent to their warehouse for processing Fortunately they were able to stop the dispatch in time and today I received a full refund without any issues

At the beginning they were out of my Size of Topper
