Poorly made and bad customer service

I brought a bracelet from here when in Paris It broke within 5 days and I ve contacted them for a refund return but they are hopeless and haven t replied to multiple emails in two weeks I will never shop here again

Do not buy from them If I could give no stars I would I bought a chain and pendant for my son and it broke in a few days We try to fix it and it breaks again and again in different locations We paid 49 from the shop in Nice We live in London and we have no chance of returning it but based on these reviews there is no point Do not buys from them

Update July 2020 oh look customer support responded to me a year later My relatively small - 300EUR order got flagged for potential fraud Not sure why given I paid with my personal credit card I sent them a copy of my passport as requested but it wasn t enough I had to call them Turns out their crystal number does not work from UK phones I asked them to call me but apparently they could not Thanks to them I missed my mum s 70th birthday One star is too good for them what a waste of space

Worst customer experience ever Long story short I bought a ring for my fianc e and decided to change it for a one with a bigger stone and also reduce the size I saw the ring on their website the size I wanted and it had a click-and-collect shipping in 3 days 72h I went to the store to exchange my ring for that one showed the salesperson the ring I wanted from their website and they exchanged it saying it would arrive the next week it was a friday 10 12 2021 I assumed my mistake that it would arrive at most by wednesday 72h open hours Today I still have no sight of my ring 1490 euros spent I called multiple times and it is always like once it arrives I ll call you I am tired of calling and having the SAME answer over and over I bought train tickets leaving the city where I was supposed to get the ring assuming I would already have the ring And so did my fianc e It is a disrespect to say the less I am pretty sure that if it was not an exchange I would have already received the ring i e if I was a new costumer If you wanna buy a earring or a necklace I think you can do business with Histoire d Or but if you need them changing anything for you you will get A LOT of waiting time and excuses I don t recommend Histoire d Or

I want to tell you about this store Histoire d or we bought from them juleries And after 3 days 3 of them just broke After we approach their customer service they agnor us and told us that we can not get refund repair or change them So I want to tell you not to buy any item from this company because they are bad and you will just throw your money
