Brilliant wedding platform for my small business

Hitched has worked brilliantly for my Celebrant Business and continues to get better and better I have complete confidence in them The site is extremely easy to use and couples trust it - I ve had many Brides that have booked their complete suppliers on there - one said to me recently we just Hitched it all My conversion is great and I now won t use any other platform no one has the enquiry level and conversion possibility of Hitched My account manager - Jo is only a phone call away I have access to her calendar and can book a call in at any time she always has new bits of advice for me to improve engagement or conversion and they always work Their industry knowledge is second to none and they reguarly send out tips and information plus I love the awards they give out based on genuine client reviews - that s been something I m very proud to shout about Thank you for supporting my small business

Helpful invitation tracking

It was really helpful to have a lot of the wedding preperation mapped out for us it made it super easy to keep of our invitation responses I appreciated that they provide so many useful tools for free it was quite easy for us to tailor them to our needs

Hitched saved us an awful lot of time and money

We used lots of the features of Hitched but the one that was most helpful was the wedding website We sent our wedding website out to our guests instead of sending invitations and we asked our guests to RSVP using the confirm attendance section We managed to figure out a way for guests to select their menu options but this isn t a feature that is built into the website If I could suggest one way for Hitched to improve their wedding websites it would be to include a feature for guests to make menu selections for various courses Overall I would recommend any bride- or groom-to-be to use the wedding website feature if nothing else
