With everything going digital it was time to include credit card payments to our online ordering Did some research and saw the good reviews with HitPay Most importantly I wanted to make sure that the portal was safe and secure for our clients as they input their confidential information Onboarding was a breeze Just submitted the requirements and a brand manager reached out to me a couple of days later Adding HitPay to our website was also very easy We had a minor hiccup at the checkout as there was error but our brand manager quickly informed IT and it was resolved within a day Definitely recommend HitPay for Philippine merchants as it accepts all major credit cards and cashless payment systems like GCash

Customer service was always available Even when I text late at night if she is awake she would respond I never needed to repeat my question twice nor wait more than a day App is very intuitive and easy to use yet does not lack the functions of both a payment gateway and e-commerce The check out function works seamless coz I can have images in my POS and inventory Downside I receive One new sales email and payment receive email for every transaction That s a big over kill I cannot add more than 2 items with different variant of the same into the cart It just does not go tru and I am stuck at 2 End up needing to do the transaction manually

Great improvements in the last 2 years

I ve been using Hitpay for the past two years and I must say the system has made significant improvements It took a while but they are finally integrated with Wix payments and the option to use my mobile phone as a POS terminal is a gamechanger Today I can confidently say that I m extremely pleased with Hitpay and it remains my go-to payment solution for both my website and in-person events
