I ve been a Web pro since 1997 and I have worked with a ton of managed hosting providers many of them are the largest names in the business Invariably I came to feel like I was just another small account and didn t warrant personalized attention I discovered HiVelocity through a business associate and I was prepared to transition away from my current provider so I did some research and decided to give them a try I am now in my third year as a customer and I love this team They are always on target with commitments very efficient at troubleshooting issues and very reasonably priced I have experienced no discernible downtime since coming on board and I sleep well at night knowing that my Client s sites and digital assets are operational and secure I highly recommend HiVelocity

I can t ask for more I m a small e-commerce website provider with only about 15 to 20 customers Some of them are pretty large doing millions in sales per year I run asp asp net mySQL database with a Plesk panel for all of my clients and Hivelocity seems to be the perfect match for me Keep up the good work

Hivelocity has been a really reliable partner as far as communication billing and most importantly tech support We are a local government and have certain requirements and Hivelocity has always gone the extra mile to accommodate us We recently had a complicated to us issue and support came to our rescue with a restore point They stayed in constant communication thru the process and we had all our users up and running The level of support is the best I have seen in over 25 years of working in IT and software development Thanks Hivelocity

I have been a Hivelocity hosting customer for over 10 years Started with their HSPHERE shared hosting and eventually shifted to Dedicated Servers Linux CloudLinux and Windows servers On the rare occasions that I have need support I have found the Hivelocity Support team to be responsive diligent and knowledgeable I would recommend Hivelocity anyone Five Stars

I ve been with them for the past 5 years and each and every little problem I had was solved by a tremendously good support willing to help They also care about their customers and offer good discounts when they can The performance is also great and they have a pretty darn good network The servers are always renewing and their prices are just right I just can t go anywhere else I feel like home I feel like my company and servers are in truly good hands They deserve all the praise this is how you manage a company You help your customers you make them feel good and take care of them Hivelocity is one of the best datacenters I ve been and it s gonna by my home for as long as I keep my company running which I hope it s a long time
