We had a great experience with Chris Because of complexities in our house buying we needed a survey turned around very quickly Chris got on to the job very quickly communicated to us with updates and completed the report quickly I would happily use his services again in future

Chris rang to ask if there was anything in particular we wanted checking in our level 3 full survey on a 1870s Victorian property we are buying which was great He was very thorough on his survey and was on hand to answer some questions we had once it was done and offered his assistance should we need it anytime which is perfect Very professional would highly recommend

I would recommend Chris to anyone in need of a survey We were informed at each stage what was happening and we were able to mention any areas of concern we had about the property The survey was instructed carried out and received all within less than a week The report is easy to understand and shows any areas of concern clearly Chris has been on hand to answer every question we had and gave recommendations as to what we should do next We feel confident about the property after having Chris to complete the survey Thank you Chris

We have experienced an excellent service from Chris over a couple of surveys He includes an overview of the property and useful information with the quote which is helpful The survey is well presented and understandable but Chris will also talk you through his findings if necessary Overall I would highly recommend Hive Property Surveys
