Two words Excellent Hosting

I generally don t review companies but Hivium has been an excellent choice for me and so I decided to write one I was with Siteground Cloud for 2 years Their 80 cloud plan When I moved from shared hosting it seemed to be very good and my website speed increased considerably I was happy with them for almost 1 5 years Six months ago we started getting problems when they moved my server My website was down for a few hours and after the shift my server was extremely slow My website was taking around 10 seconds to load When I informed Siteground support they suggested me an upgrade as my site has grown and the new plan will be able to handle the load more efficiently I was not sure if upgrading was the right option I started searching for companies who provided VPS in Europe I was looking for a managed solution as I am not much into the technical stuff Managed plans were pretty expensive for me This was when the pandemic hit and my business started growing and my site became slower and slower I needed to switch or upgrade fast I got a recommendation about Hivium from a friend of mine but I was not sure I asked the customer care a few pre sales questions and they were ticking all boxes happily for me The pricing was excellent and I was getting more than what I expected But I had to forgo cPanel I have used cPanel for over a decade and suddenly I had to leave it But as it was a managed solution I decided to give the VPS a try for a month These guys were fast throughout the setup process They got to know my detailed requirements and my VPS was up and running in the next 24 hours with all of my requirements They then transferred the website over to a new staging subdomain for me First impressions were okay I was seeing a speed boost but it was not anywhere I was looking at They told me to use WP Rocket and that s when things changed for me My website started loading in mere a sec and was fully loaded in just 2-3 seconds They also switched on Memcache caching for my website which helped further speed up the website I tested everything for two days and finally decided to move my production website to these guys They put my site on maintenance for over an hour so there are no orders and no losses for both my customer and me After the migration my website now loads just under 3 seconds from the previous 8-10 seconds window My conversions have increased a whopping 20 month on month The last 3 months have been so much busy with all the new customers I thank Hivium for showing me how I can grow with just a decision This is one of the best decisions I have taken in my life and I am extremely happy with it I have started recommending Hivium to all my friends and family and I hope to see their reviews soon All the best guys and special thanks to Ankit and Rishab

This is my first time writing a review for a company But Hivium deserves one fully With my previous provider I had issues with slow support The provider was good but support used to take 16-24 hours even for small issues Sometimes you just cannot wait so much for small issues With Hivium the game changes to a different level Small issues are sorted in minutes issues are created by me and not them and the bigger one s get resolved in a few hours All in all I would rate 10 on 5 to the support Coming to the hosting my websites are much faster now and so clients are happier Clients are getting more conversions and are happy to pay me more Got everyone hosted on Google Cloud at lower cost compared to normal shared hosting providers The transfer process was extremely smooth and well handled by these guys Not a single issue with the transfer All in all an excellent choice for freelancers small business owners and agencies
