Due to a mistake when switching hosting providers NOT Hoasted our site went offline last Wednesday Although a backup was present the site wasn t back online on Friday evening and timing indications varied from 1 to 3 weeks Friday evening after talking to a friend I followed his advice and called Hoasted to see if they could help They immediately started working with the old backup I had and we were back online Saturday morning giving me a great start of the day That day became even better when Saturday afternoon I got a mail from Hoasted saying the most recent backup was found and its already online we took the liberty of cleaning up some errors and optimizing the pictures on the site for fast loading Oh yeah and since you re a global company we made sure that the sites is mirrored globally for fast loading anywhere And all of this to help out a company which wasn t even a customer at that time That obviously has changed I ve experienced many levels of service but this one truly set a new record Our mistake Not calling Hoasted in the first place Steven Goetstouwers CEO Admesy BV
