Where to start Order placed for a bicycle garage Fornorth Cykelf rr d f r tv cyklar 142x198x157cm m rkgr Art nr 6438543007899 and paid in advance Then there was a lot of silence After 2 unresponded emails I wrote a poor rating Right after the order was shipped Then it was stuck nearly a week in Helsinki which might have been a DHL issue 2 flat parcels finally arrived Unpacking we realized there is a very thin foil on each thin metal shed Nearly impossible to peel off needs a lot of patience and time However building the box up we even started to like it a bit until we tried to place bicycles inside The MTB of my son did not fit at all the one of my daughter frame size S also did not fit Unbelievable rubbish for nearly 6 000 kronor don t buy

Avoid this scam website
They give the wrong information and cheat customers On the website they write the top speed is 23 km h but the actual speed is 25 km h The product is also not good at all I am stuck and cannot return as well Will never use this site nor will buy anything from Hobbyhallen The worst thing is this type of cheating is happening in Europe openly

Ordered som gym equipment but two weights were missing I have emailed filled in their website form used their chat and emailed again with no result at all These people are not honest or fair They have made no attempt to reply now after a week Beware

VERY BAD
I ordered a Core Massage gun off of this website and when I received it the product had none of the attachments even though the product page said it came with 4 attachments It was clear that they were missing in the box as there was space for them but they were not there I reached out to them immediately when I received the delivery to say there was an issue and that I would like to return it but they don t reply to emails they don t reply to the contact form or chat on their website and they do not have a phone number I would not buy from them again as now I have a useless massage gun
