This company is a sham and a scam AVOID AVOID AVOID you have been warned Ordered using the UK site however all roads lead to Rome or in this case possibly the far east The process is painful pointless and just designed to make you think you are dealing with made to measure tailoring artisans as self described Irrespective of what they advertise you end up with cheap and damaged clothing Mine was not only flawed but the size was way out It looks like a 5 year old made it at home on a toy sewing machine The complaints and return section is a joke My product had 2 x issues however their system is only set up for 1 and you can t add a 2nd issue Despite a glossy website promising response times in a day each response took over a week and they were mainly cut and paste generic answers They then refused refunds despite being full liable to give one They hide behind their terms and conditions highlighting no refunds for any reasons despite this going against consumer law AVOID AVOID AVOID Either don t use these cowboys or get a refund from your credit card company You have been warned I have photos and email proof of their incompetence They even admit the articles are damaged Complete tat in my opinion
