Very poor product and dishonest practice

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Hocoos and I cannot stress enough how disappointing this company has been The website I created using their service turned out to be a major letdown The graphics and layout are limited and look incredibly unprofessional making it hard to believe that this is a commercial product While the product itself did not meet my expectations and felt quite subpar in quality the most alarming aspect of my experience with Hocoos was their cunning and deceptive practices regarding auto-renewals They activated an auto-renewal without my consent and to make matters worse they never sent any notifications about the pending renewal Despite my clear cancellation of the service they still charged me which feels downright dishonest I urge anyone considering Hocoos to think twice Their products are lacking their website creation tools are unprofessional and their business practices are questionable at best Do not trust them there are far better options out there Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere

Superb chat support

I used Hocoos to build a gym website for a friend the AI and features offered were a perfect fit The current features and Control you have to customise the website and pages to your needs is great There were a teething problem or two that require reaching out to the customer support team but within minutes I had replies and acknowledgements to my emails which was great to see Overall the ease of use the features offered and customer support are great and if needs be would recommend Hocoos to others and even use it myself again

I love the ease of building the website with Hocoos The very clever AI builder domain name finder organization intuitive as if Apple had something to do with it Definitely would recommend it
