Absolutely delighted with these guys throughout the whole process and will definitely use again I felt listened to when I set out my requirements and at no point did I feel under pressure to make decisions unlike with a bigger company who shall go unnamed On the day they brought extra guys which made the whole thing very efficient and nothing was too much trouble they definitely went above and beyond in every aspect They took great care with my belongings which all arrived safely They were also very friendly which made a difficult day a lot easier and I m pleased to be able to give a glowing review

Proficient service

Holdem Removals were excellent from start to finish We contacted 3 different removals companies for quotes and Holdem were the first to respond they were also the cheapest by far Our move date was not confirmed until the day before however Alex at Holdem was extremely flexible and provisionally held a team for us until I was able to confirm On move day the team has us carefully loaded into the van in good time As we had paid a delayed key waiver our team gave me their mobile number and advised for me to give them a call once we had the keys for our new house Upon calling them our team arrived with our belongings and additional man power to get us moved in double quick

Absolutely amazing

The guys were amazing It was the hottest day of the year and they worked non stop it was not the easiest move in terms of location our new home has the worst parking but the guys made it work Right from my request for a quote all communication was excellent Alex talked me through the whole process and sent follow up emails so that I knew exactly what I needed to do and I knew what to expect Moving is so stressful but Holdems took all of the moving day stress away

Whole process end to end was a breeze

I recently moved 2 5 hours away from a very modest 2 bed house I went with Holdem because 1 their amazing reviews 2 very reasonable quote 3 they could do the move in 1 day They advised they would be with me between 9-10am of move day 9am they arrived and had travelled 100 miles so clearly they re prepared and organised Dorian Florian were a dream team Within 2 hours they were packed up furniture dismantled as agreed and on the road Unpacking they were also amazing Constantly checking with me about where to put stuff Unpacked and furniture reassembled within 2 hours again Very friendly professional and courteous Genuinely thought it was amazing service that s hard to say these days Well done guys Also shout out to Alex - booking and consultation was super simple Very accommodating and every single question was answered clearly
