We used Holden Smith Law in conjunction with our estate agents Hardisty This provided a seamless service I would like to thank Anna Somerville and Alex Jones for the professional service we recieved I communicated by phone email and face-to-face and found them both to be professional and courteous Most of my communication was with Anna who responeded quickly and listened to any concerns Each and every time I had a question or issue with the sale lower down the chain Anna and Alex would make every effort to resolve issues and get back to me often within an hour or less Thank you for looking after the legal side of the sale I would recommend them to others looking for an efficient service that was good value for money
